need buddy to explain all about submitting apk to app stores

i am a 24M from Europe and looking for people which i can join up and program in python, or learn new languages together, right now i am thinking on picking up kotlin and c++, i do programing as fun. ​ i wrote a simple todo application in python and kivymd, that i wanna publish for free on huawei store, but the submitting in itself feels like i have no idea what i am doing, so i would really like a friend to teach me all about apks and package names and privacy policy all that bs. ​ alternatively i am really eyeing godot but havent found a solid reason to learn it so far. would be fun writing a turn based endless labirinth explorer game. ​ hit me up.
